The most frequently asked questions

1 –  What is the latest time we may arrive?
  • The latest arrival time at weekends and during the school holidays is 9 p.m. In all other periods it is 7 p.m.
2 –  What should we do in the event of late arrival?
  • In the event of late arrival, warn reception beforehand by telephoning 00 33 (0)5 62 66 27 94.
3 –  What are the arrival times?

Arrival times are as follows:

  • For the holiday rentals: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • For the pitches: from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

For weekend stays outside of school holiday periods: there is the possibility of arriving from 2 p.m. on request and depending upon availabilities.

4 –  What are the departure times?

Departure times are as follows:

  • For the holiday rentals: before 10 a.m.
  • For the pitches: before 12 noon

For weekend stays outside of school holidays: there is the possibility of making the most of your accommodation up to 4 p.m. on request and depending upon availabilities.

5 –  Is this campsite adapted to Persons with Reduced Mobility?

Yes, this campsite is partly adapted to accommodate Persons with Reduced Mobility. For more information on the specialist accommodation facilities, please contact the campsite reception on 00 33 (0)5 62 66 27 94.

6 –  Does this campsite take animals?

Yes, this campsite welcomes pets, subject to meeting the conditions below.

  • One pet per pitch is permitted, at a cost of €3/night for the camping pitches and €6/night for the holiday rentals.
  • Pets are not permitted in the out-of-the-ordinary accommodation with Jacuzzi (lake hotel huts, bulle d’amour, adventure experience).
  • The presence of a pet with you should be stated at the time of booking, and the relevant animal health certificate should be shown on-site.
  • Dogs falling within categories 1 and 2 (dangerous dogs under French law) will not be admitted.
  • Dogs and other animals should never be left on their own.
  • They should never be left on their own on the campsite, even shut in, in the absence of their owners who are responsible for them under French civil law.
7 –  From what age can I put my child down for the mini-club?

You can put your child down for the campsite mini-club from aged 4.

8 –  Does this campsite accept holiday vouchers?

Yes, this campsite accepts ANCV (French National Holiday Voucher Agency) holiday vouchers.

9 –  Does this campsite accept VACAF (Holiday Assistance from the Family Allowance Fund) vouchers?

No, this campsite does not accept VACAF (Holiday Assistance from the Family Allowance Fund) vouchers.
